Our team obtained a two lot non-complying bundled land use and subdivision consent for our client’s Auckland Unitary Plan Residential Single House Zoned site.

Although the minimum vacant site size requirements weren’t met, Auckland Council agreed with our planners that the proposed design was in character with the surrounding environment and appropriately mitigated potential adverse effects through high end design. Our clients were able to retain their existing family home whilst capitalising on the site’s development potential.
